Integrated into the design of the Royalton Lobby, Forty Four is a swank retreat from the bustle of 44th street, embracing visitors with a timeless reinvention of the classic brasserie. Teak banquettes covered in buttery soft cream-colored leather are framed by the rough lace of woven rope arches, custom-fashioned by the rope master of Cirque du Soleil. The open weave of the arches allows for privacy and a sense of community, while their sculptural curves embrace the visitor.  These vignetted spaces are further adorned with dangling clusters of pearl-like lights that reflect off of the burnished woods to warm the room.
