Bearing the GUILD insignia, this generously proportioned Leather Log Basket was inspired by the traditional harvest basket, as large quantities of produce can be carried and stored in these well-crafted containers. The heavy oak bark tanned leather provides incredible strength and durability. Available in three sizes. 

It is not recommended to place the Leather Log Basket too close to a fireplace. A change in temperature may cause the natural wax and oils added to the oak bark leather during the tanning process to rise to the surface for a whitish, chalky effect called “bloom.”  Bloom is characteristic of leather that has been properly tanned, as this basket is by hand. If desired, use a stiff brush to buff the bloom out.
