Heami Lee’s Oval Silver Bud Vase begins as a vessel of unglazed porcelain, which the artist bisque fires at her small studio and showroom in Seoul, South Korea. She then coats the piece in pure silver, fires it again, and polishes it by hand, repeating the process three to four times to achieve its lustrous, glimmering finish—designed to age gracefully and develop a rich, natural patina over time

Care Instructions: Hand wash only. Use a soft scrubber to clean and dry thoroughly. Because it is pure silver, sulfation occurs naturally.

Each piece is individually handmade, and natural variations in color, texture, and finish are to be expected and celebrated.
