The Marcel Credenza is a sculptural storage piece designed by Robin and Stephen Alesch for Marcel, the restaurant created by Roman and Williams in partnership with Sotheby’s, located within the historic Breuer Building. Inspired by the building's iconic facade, the credenza translates faceted geometry into carved wood planes that form its doors and drawers, creating a rhythmic interplay of light and shadow.

Strong architectural proportions balance solidity with refinement. The dimensional wood front reveals subtle shifts in depth, recalling the bold relief of Brutalist architecture while maintaining the warmth and tactility of natural hardwood. The result is a piece that feels both monumental and intimate.
