Description

RW Guild requested the Rinka Bowl Sets from Tomoko Sakai, and they debuted in 2020. Marked by its scalloped edges and subtly detailed lip, the Rinka collection features a traditional, petal-like shape and Sakai’s signature matte white glaze. Each piece is made of clay the artist shapes by hand at her small studio in Miki, Japan, and is fired in a "Touka” style wood-firing kiln.

Care Instructions: Hand wash only.

Each piece is individually handmade, and natural variations in color, texture, and finish are to be expected and celebrated.
